Every order is lovingly packed and shipped from our base in Surat, India, to customers around the world.
Shipping rates
- Within India: Free shipping on orders over ₹1,499. A flat ₹59 applies below that.
- International: Flat ₹2,500, with free shipping on orders over ₹20,000.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. India delivery typically takes 4–7 business days; international delivery 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags intact. Custom-stitched or altered pieces are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Please review and adjust this policy to match your business terms.
